Diet and Exercise Allested-Vejle currently offers the following exercise forms:

Combi-Motion M / F and Iyengar yoga

The exercise forms are aimed at both women and men of all ages and is run during spring and autumn with 14 sessions per season. We attend classes at the gym at the school. Please come and have a trial and see if it is something that takes your fancy. You can read more about us here.
